Avadh has World class manufacturing facilities to produce consistent quality products as per the highest international standards in a controlled environment. Avadh has more than 30 Hydraulic presses for compression, transfer, transfer- injection and Injection moulding of rubber components ranging from 50 Tons to 2000 Tons. Complete in-house Automatic weighing batching system, 7 tank degreasing line, Metal Surface preparation, and open and closed rubber mixing facilities.

In cast Polyurethane, we have state-of-the-art microprocesor controlled precision metering machines with large capacity. In Plastic Injection moulding - our presses range from 150T (600 gms shot weight) to 650 T (2300 gms shot weight). We also have a dedicated Nylon and wire braided hose manufacturing facility.

Plants are equipped with high precision Computer numeric control machines with facilities to machine small, medium and large precision components.
